The "Scoops: The Chatham Creamery" Logo was my first commissioned piece of design. Finished in February of 2019, the Scoops logo is currently up and running. Scoops is an ice cream parlor in my hometown. For this project, the client, a family friend of mine, wanted a hometown feel and the use of blue and orange (huge Mets fans). To achieve this vintage aesthetic, I used Pacifico and Helvetica Condensed Bold for the typefaces and added a worn texture to the symbols and text. Since the pandemic, I have not only helped manage, but have been ran the social media for Scoops myself. This includes the instagram, Facebook and, most recently, TikTok. I have since left, but still stop by every now and then. If you're in the area, stop by for a cone! I promise it's DELICIOUS!
